- Go to Mpesa on your sim toolkit or M-Pesa App
- Lipa Na Mpesa
- Go to paybill
- Enter Business Number – The Business number is the cooperative bank paybill number(400200)
- Enter your co-op account number
- Put the amount you wish to transfer to your bank account
- Lastly, enter your Mpesa pin and then press send
- Wait for the confirmation SMS from the bank and Mpesa
