The Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA) was established in 2013 under the TVET Act 2013. Some of TVET’s functions include Regulating and coordinating training under TVET Act, Accrediting, and inspecting programs and courses among others.
TVET institutions include Technical Training Institutes (TTIs), Polytechnics, Vocational Training Centers (VCTs), Technical Training Colleges, and any other approved learning institution. These facilities are plentiful and can be found in each county throughout the country. It is best to look for your desired course only from accredited institutions.
